How do I cancel my subscription?
You can log in your account → Your Subscription(s) → Edit → Cancel Subscription (bottom left corner)
Can I skip a month?
You can log in your account → Your Subscription(s) → Edit → Skip Renewal (top right corner)
Can I change what box I am subscribed too?
Yes! You certainly can. To change your box you can log in to your account → Your Subscription → Edit → And from here you can choose a new box or new schedule term any time before your renewal date. Please note that if you have a multiple month subscription - your change will not take place until your renewal date.
Can I choose what day I am charged?
We currently only offer one billing cycle which is to be charged on the 31st of every month. You can reach out to us before your renewal date if you wish to push back to a different date but it will not be a permanent change.
Can I purchase multiple subscriptions?
Yes! You can log in to your account and add an additional subscription by going through the checkout process again. Please note that we can not guarantee that you do not receive duplicate items if you have multiple subscriptions.
How do I update my address?
You can log in your account → Shipping Address(es) → Edit (do not add an address unless you want the option to choose between them monthly. Adding an address does not update the default shipping address)
